Is this a DIY platform?
No. You get a dedicated, professional real estate agent who handles everything: viewings, negotiations, paperwork, and buyer screening. You don't lift a finger; you just keep the savings.
Why do I pay monthly?
Traditional agents charge huge commissions (R100k+) to cover the risk of homes they don't sell. We don't play that game. You pay a small, fair fee for the actual work we do. It’s transparent, capped, and fair.
What if it doesn't sell in 6 months?
Our "Zero Commission" promise is permanent. Once you reach the 6-month cap, your monthly billing stops completely. We continue to market your home for FREE until it sells.
If it sells in Month 1, do I pay the full cap?
No! Your subscription stops the moment your property is sold. If it sells in Month 1, you only pay for Month 1. No cancellation fees, no hidden costs.
